1. What we do not collect

We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, password or social media login. Accounts are created with a token only.

2. What we collect

• Account data — your token (stored securely), the display name you choose, and your member tier.
• Orders — the service, the public link you submit, quantity, price and status.
• Payments — deposit amounts, network, transaction IDs and sending wallet addresses. These are public on the blockchain.
• Support messages — what you send us by email.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and request logs, used for security and to prevent abuse.

3. How we use it

• To create and run your account, process orders and credit deposits.
• To deliver orders through our providers.
• To answer support requests.
• To detect fraud, abuse and attacks, and to meet legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

Providers that fulfil your orders receive only what they need: the link and the quantity. We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our users and the service.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as your account is active and afterwards as long as needed for accounting, fraud prevention and legal reasons. Technical logs are kept for a shorter period.

6. Security

Your token is never shown in full to our staff. If you think your token has been exposed, regenerate it in Profile — the old one stops working immediately.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to show or delete the data linked to your account by contacting support from your logged-in account. Deleting your account removes access to any remaining balance, so withdraw it first.

8. Children

BROPANEL is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly provide accounts to minors.

9. Changes

We will update the date at the top when this policy changes. Important changes will be announced in the dashboard.
