Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a token, depositing funds, placing an order or using the API, you agree to these Terms and to the Refund, Payment, Privacy, Cookie and Content policies linked from this page. If you do not agree, do not use BROPANEL.

“BROPANEL”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of this website. “You” means the person or company using it. If you use BROPANEL for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract where you live. You may not use BROPANEL if you are on a government sanctions list or if your use would break anti-money-laundering, export or consumer-protection laws that apply to you or to us.

3. Your token account

BROPANEL accounts have no email or password. When you create an account you receive a unique access token. Whoever holds the token controls the account and its balance.

• Keep your token private. We will never ask you for it.
• You are responsible for every order, deposit and API call made with your token.
• You can regenerate your token in Profile. The old token stops working immediately.
• If you lose your token we can only help if you can prove ownership, for example with deposit transaction IDs and order IDs. We cannot recover accounts without proof.
• One person or company may keep one main account. Accounts created to abuse tiers, promotions or refunds may be merged or closed.

4. What we provide

BROPANEL is a self-service marketing panel. You can order promotion services — followers, likes, views, comments, plays, website traffic and similar — for public pages, posts and websites.

Orders are delivered by independent third-party providers that we select and monitor. Each service shows its price per 1000, minimum and maximum quantity, and refill policy. Speed and start time in a service name are estimates. Social platforms change their systems often, so results can change and services can be updated, repriced or removed.

We do not promise any specific outcome such as ranking, reach, revenue, monetisation or retention, beyond what is written on the service itself.

5. Acceptable use

Only order promotion for content you own or are allowed to promote. You must not use BROPANEL for anything listed in the Content Policy, including illegal content, scams, phishing, hate, harassment, impersonation, copyright infringement or election manipulation.

6. Balance, prices and orders

• BROPANEL uses a prepaid balance in US dollars. You add funds in USDT (see the Payment Policy) and orders are paid from that balance.
• The price shown when you confirm an order is the price you pay. Prices are fixed per order and are not changed after you place it.
• Member tiers give a percentage discount based on your deposits, as shown on the Pricing & Levels page.
• Before ordering, make sure the link is correct and public, and that you do not change the username, privacy setting or content until the order is complete.
• Do not run two orders for the same link and the same service at the same time. We cannot tell which order delivered what, and such orders are not eligible for refunds.
• Once an order is sent to a provider it usually cannot be stopped. Cancellation is only possible while an order is still pending.

7. Delivery, refills and refunds

Refills and refunds follow the Refund & Refill Policy. Refunds are made to your BROPANEL balance.

8. Third-party platforms

BROPANEL is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, X, Telegram, Spotify, Twitch, Kick, Discord, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, SoundCloud, Apple, Naver, Kakao or any other platform mentioned on the site. Their names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to describe the services.

Each platform has its own rules and can limit, hide or remove content or accounts at its own discretion. You are responsible for how your account follows those rules. We are not responsible for actions a platform takes against your account.

9. API and reselling

• Your token is also your API key. Treat it like a password.
• The API is limited to about 120 requests per minute per token. Do not try to get around limits with multiple accounts, rotating IPs or parallel sessions.
• You may resell our services to your own customers. If you do, you are the seller to them: you must publish your own terms, handle your own support and payments, and you remain responsible for every order placed with your token.
• Do not share or resell your token itself.

10. Prohibited activities

• Abusing refunds or refills, for example ordering refill services only to claim drops, or coordinating accounts to extract balance.
• Payment fraud, sending stolen funds, or using BROPANEL to move money.
• Attacking, overloading, probing or scraping the website or API beyond normal use.
• Accessing any account other than your own.
• Distributing malware, phishing or other harmful links through our services.

If you find a security problem, please report it to us from your account instead of using it.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using BROPANEL at any time and ask support to close your account. Unused balance can be requested under the Refund & Refill Policy.

We may pause orders, block your token or close your account if we reasonably believe you broke these Terms or our policies, sent fraudulent funds, or put the service, our providers or other users at risk. Where practical, we will tell you why first. If an account is closed because of confirmed fraud or abuse, the remaining balance may be kept to cover losses.

12. Limitation of liability

BROPANEL is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data, damage to reputation, or actions a platform takes against your account.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the higher of (a) what you paid us in the 90 days before the event, or (b) 100 US dollars.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses (including legal fees) caused by your misuse of BROPANEL, your breach of these Terms or our policies, your breach of a platform’s rules or the law, or the content you promoted.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Important changes that reduce your rights — for example to refunds, pricing rules or liability — will be announced in the dashboard at least 14 days before they apply. Using BROPANEL after a change means you accept it.

15. Disputes and contact

Before starting any formal dispute, contact us and give us a chance to fix the problem — most issues are solved within a few days. Disputes are handled individually, not as part of a class action, where the law allows.
