Payment Policy

1. Accepted payment

• USDT on TRC20 (Tron)
• USDT on BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain)

We do not accept cards, bank transfers, other coins or other networks. Your balance is shown in US dollars, and 1 USDT is credited as 1 USD.

2. How to deposit

• Open Recharge, choose the network and enter the amount.
• Send exactly that amount of USDT to the address shown, on the selected network.
• Paste the transaction ID (TxID) and submit it.
• Your balance is credited after the required network confirmations, usually within a few minutes.

3. Minimum deposit

The minimum deposit is 30 USDT. Smaller transfers are not credited automatically — contact support with the TxID if you sent less by mistake.

4. Wrong network or token

Sending a different coin, or USDT on a different network, can lose the funds permanently. Contact support with the TxID and we will try to help, but recovery is not guaranteed and any network or handling costs are deducted.

5. Fees

You pay the blockchain network fee when you send. BROPANEL does not add a deposit fee.

6. Member tiers

Deposits count toward member tiers. A tier is applied automatically when one deposit or your total deposits reach the amount shown on the Pricing & Levels page.

7. Security and compliance

We may ask for information about a deposit, delay crediting it, or freeze a balance if the funds appear to be stolen, linked to sanctions, or otherwise unlawful. We may report such cases where the law requires.
